their highest potential than Alex Habersham. Mr. Habersham is
a dynamic motivational speaker, known internationally for his
elevating presentations that focus on team building, effective
communications skills and strategies for reaching desired goals
and objectives. Mr. Habersham demonstrates through his lectures
how to go from mediocre results to “outstanding” results.
Mr.
Habersham humor and participatory style of lecturing is second
to none. Mr. Habersham’s honest and straight talk in his
approach to work, business and community is celebrated throughout
the country. Mr. Habersham insights have been incorporated into
a successful career as a lecturer, role model and entrepreneur.
Habersham
learned at a very young age, he too, could be winner in life,
if he applied himself totally to his endeavors. His passion for
success has driven him to share some of his many successful skills
and talents. Mr. Habersham is a champion for education, having
taught in the public school system for more than fourteen years.
His genuine love and concern for young people inspired the founding
of the Adopt-A-Role-Model Program, where young men can experience
positive interaction with professional and lay persons in their
respective careers. He is currently an instructor for the State
Bar of Georgia’s BASICS Program, which has a recidivism
rate of seven percent. Mr. Habersham embraces the concept of the
educational principle of taking an individual from the “known
to the unknown.”
As
founder and publisher of the Macon-Middle Georgia Black Pages and host of Macon's Call to Action radio and internet show, Mr. Habersham's
commitment to the community is further exemplified by his past
and present civic activities:
